I was going to Texas from LA so I decided to spend a few days in this park right by the 10 highway.
The Good:
- Many amenities, pool, billiard, gym, activities during the evening
- Very clean bathrooms and showers
- They accept multiple discounts, Good Sams and also Escapees
- Full-hookup sites
- There is laundry
The Bad:
- There is WiFi in the Library for free, if you want park WiFi at your site, you can pay for it
The Ugly:
- I was visiting during Christmas time, so the park was quiet, especially the overnight section.
- There is not much in the area
- The pool is closed for the winter, no such thing like a heated pool
Internet:
You need to pay for the internet. There are daily, weekly and monthly rates.
I had working AT&T and Verizon though
Will I come back?
If I am in the area it is possible, it’s right on the highway, when I am heading somewhere it is a good spot for a night or two.
